The KlangForum Heidelberg is one of the most interesting specialist ensembles in the field of contemporary and early music. Not only because of their musical expertise, but also because of their clever and extraordinary program concepts. Together with the musical director Walter Nußbaum, KlangForum Heidelberg, along with SCHOLA Heidelberg and ensemble aisthesis, is presenting vocal music by György Ligeti in combination with early music for "Ligeti 100." In addition to his famous choral works "Lux Aeterna" and the "Phantasies after Friedrich Hölderlin," compositions for Holy Week from the Responsories of Carlo Gesualdo, Diego Ortiz, and others will be performed.
