The 1st Biennale for New Music of the Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region "Concrete Utopias" will take place in the summer of 2021 in the cities of Heidelberg, Mannheim, and Ludwigshafen.
The entire program features twelve world premieres, one first performance, as well as a supporting program of lectures, workshops, a composition competition, and educational formats.
